1. General Agreement

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. HUMO Catering provides premium shisha catering for private events, corporate gatherings, and hospitality venues.

2. Age Restrictions

Our services strictly involve the consumption of tobacco/shisha products. By booking our services, the client guarantees that all guests consuming the products are of legal smoking age (18 years or older, subject to local jurisdiction). We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot provide valid identification.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit, as outlined in your private service quote. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover preliminary preparations and blocked calendar dates.

4. Equipment and Damages

All hookahs, accessories, and structural equipment remain the property of HUMO Catering. The client assumes responsibility for the care of the equipment during the event. Any damages or breakages caused by guests (including broken glass bases or bowls) will be billed to the client at the replacement cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

HUMO Catering provides all necessary safety equipment (e.g., coal management devices, fireproof mats when applicable). However, we are not liable for accidental burns, property damage, or personal injury resulting from guests interacting with the hookahs or coals in a negligent manner. The client agrees to provide a safe, well-ventilated area for the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain / the European Union. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/Region].
